S PAY GLOBAL Public Voucher Lan Berambeh Anak Sarawak (LBAS) Campaign Terms and Conditions

This Campaign is organized by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT), the organization operating S PAY GLOBAL for the Sarawak
Government. SNT is introducing this campaign for S PAY GLOBAL users as one of the strategic actions to encourage
cashless payment.
The Campaign is set out with the Terms & Conditions as follows:
1. S PAY GLOBAL Vouchers of RM10 shall be prepared and distributed to active S PAY GLOBAL users who visits
S PAY GLOBAL booth during LBAS.
2. The Campaign period is on 25th October 2025.
3. Each S PAY GLOBAL user can get only one(1) of the RM10 voucher within the campaign period.
4. The S PAY GLOBAL Vouchers can be claimed on 25th October 2025 between 8AM to 5PM only, OR while stock
last.
5. The S PAY GLOBAL Voucher can be used at any S PAY GLOBAL retail merchants.
6. The voucher’s validity will expire on 31st December 2025. Appeal on the voucher after expiry date or after
allocated voucher is fully issued shall not be entertained.
7. SNT reserves the rights and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate The
Campaign prior to the expiry of the campaign period, wholly or in part, at any time.
8. Gaming or manipulating the original intention of The Campaign in any form is totally prohibited. SNT reserves
the right to suspend/terminate the user AND recover all the rewards paid if any user is found to participate in
such activities.
9. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to The Campaign shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged
to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning The Campaign.
No appeal and/or correspondence from any user or any third party will be entertained.
10. SNT shall not be responsible or accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the user
and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from The Campaign.
11. By the act of the individual user participating in The Campaign means that the user has read and fully understand
these Terms and Conditions.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and
users agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysi.
